Analytics Vidhya aims at providing the most useful knowledge platform for analytics lovers and learners across the world. Our refund policy is as simple as it can get.

Advertisements, Job Postings and Corporate Trainings

• Advertisement- No refund will be initiated once the order has been placed
• No refund request will be entertained for Job Posting & Corporate Trainings.

Courses and Programs

• It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a Program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Program elected. The enrolment into a Program is non-transferable.
• There is no refund available on purchasing individual courses.
• There is a 7 days no questions asked Money back Guarantee ONLY on programs. Following the 7-day refund period, there will be no further refunds.
• To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your transaction number (sent to you via email after purchasing) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date you request.
• If program is bought in pre-launch offer or discounted price or on EMI, then the fee paid is non-refundable.

To Request a refund for programs

• Kindly fill the form at fill the refund form to request a refund.
• Notwithstanding the mode of payment used for paying the fees, the refund shall be paid to a bank account (as per the details provided by you). We may request information/documents (which may include a cancelled cheque pertaining to the bank account of the customer) to verify your credentials and details of the bank account before initiating the refund.
• We shall strive to process the refunds within thirty (30) days of receipt of all the relevant information and documentation from you.
• If you are not happy with our products, please do let us know your reasons. Do give us a chance to improvise on our products & services by sharing your valuable feedback.

Note that all the educational material is online and hence there are no returns

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel from a Program within the first 7 days from your purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund, unless you have graduated from the program within this timeframe. Note that cancellation option is available ONLY for programs and not for individual courses. In order to request a refund please see the refund policy

Shipping Policy

This is an online course and can be taken on the portal, hence there is no physical shipping of items

Scholarship Offer Policy

This scholarship policy applies to the following programs:

• Certified AI & ML BlackBelt Plus Program
• GenAI Pinnacle Program
• Agentic AI Pioneer Program
• GenAI Pinnacle Plus Program

1. Scholarship Offer & Eligibility
   • This scholarship offer is valid only for enrollments during the Scholarship Period. The specific dates will be communicated on our website, email campaigns, marketing materials and marketing properties.
   • The scholarship offer applies to the full program fees, excluding applicable taxes and additional charges (such as loan fees and payment gateway platform charges/fees).
   • To qualify for the scholarship refund, users must successfully complete the entire program, including videos, projects, assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects, within the defined time period from their date of enrollment.
   • In some of our previous scholarship offers, the number of courses to be completed (within a program) was limited, and the users who enrolled in the program under those scholarship offers are still eligible based on the same criteria (at the time of their enrollments).
2. Program Completion Requirements
   To be eligible for the scholarship refund, participants must complete:
   • Certified AI & ML BlackBelt Plus Program – Complete the entire program along with the Capstone Project within 12 months from the date of enrollment.
   • GenAI Pinnacle Program – Complete the entire program along with the Capstone Project within 9 months from the date of enrollment.
   • Agentic AI Pioneer Program – Complete the entire program along with the Capstone Project within 6 months from the date of enrollment, including all upcoming modules released till 30th June 2025, which must also be completed within the 6 months period.
   • GenAI Pinnacle Plus Program – Complete the entire program along with Capstone Project within 9 months of enrollment, including all upcoming modules released till 30th June 2025, which must also be completed within the 9 months period.
3. Refund Process & Terms
   • For Indian Sales (INR transactions): The full fees will be refunded, excluding applicable taxes (GST) and payment gateway platform fees (up to maximum 3%).
   • For Sales Outside India (Non-INR transactions): The full fees will be refunded, excluding payment gateway platform fees (up to a maximum 10%).
   • The refund will be processed within one month after successful completion of the required coursework and verification by Analytics Vidhya. Additionally, documentation from the learner's side will be required. For example, for users in the USA, certain compliance documents must be completed to process the payments from Analytics Vidhya.
   • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only which was used for enrollment.
   • No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Important Terms & Conditions
   • Scholarship refunds are not applicable if any discount or promotion offer has been availed. It is only applicable if the full program fee has been paid.
   • The program must be completed as per the Program Completion Criteria to get the scholarship refund.
   • Any instance of copying, plagiarism, cheating, or outsourcing any coursework will result in immediate disqualification from the scholarship offer.
   • Analytics Vidhya reserves the right to discontinue any scholarship offers at any time without any prior notice.
   • Program cannot be paused once access has been provided if enrollment is done in scholarship offer.
   • Scholarship offer on any program cannot be availed via the "No Cost EMI" option.
5. Scholarship Offer Claim Process and Document Requirements
   To claim the scholarship refund, participants must:
   • Notify Analytics Vidhya via email at [email protected] once they have successfully met all program completion criteria.
   • Submit all required tax-related documents as per their country’s regulations to facilitate the refund process.
   Failure to complete these steps may result in disqualification from the scholarship refund.

Program Completion Criteria

To ensure meaningful learning outcomes and validate a learner’s successful journey through the program, the following completion criteria must be met:

1. Completion of All Course Modules

   Learners are required to complete 100% of all courses outlined in the structured curriculum. This includes

   • Engaging with all video content
   • Completing all assignments and quizzes
   • Fulfilling all module-level checkpoints

   Only upon full course completion will learners be eligible to proceed to the Final Capstone Project.

2. Final Capstone Project

   Once all course modules are completed, learners must undertake and successfully complete the Final Capstone Project. This includes two mandatory components:

   1. Capstone Project Submission
      • Learners must submit their final project in accordance with the provided project guidelines.
      • The project must reflect real-world application, innovation, and skills gained throughout the program.
   2. 1:1 Evaluation Session
      • Each learner will participate in a one-on-one evaluation session.
      • During this session, they must present a short PPT highlighting:
        • Project objectives
        • Implementation details
        • Outcomes and stretch goals
      • The presentation also serves as a reflection on the learner’s Generative AI journey.

   Both submission and evaluation are mandatory steps toward successful program completion.

3. Evaluation Criteria and Attempts
   • Learners will be given a maximum of 10 attempts to pass the capstone evaluation.
   • If a learner fails both evaluation attempts, they will be disqualified from receiving the program certificate and the scholarship offer.
   • Clear feedback will be provided after the first attempt to help learners prepare for their final opportunity.

By fulfilling all of the above criteria, learners will be awarded the Program Completion Certificate and will become eligible for any associated scholarship offers.

Flagship Programs Access Duration

All our flagship programs comes with 18 months of access (from date of enrollment).

Note: 18 months is the complete access of the program, this is not the duration of any offer such as scholarship offer or any refund policy.
