IMT introduces Analytics Elective with collaboration of Genpact

In an initiative to develop contemporary course IMT Ghaziabad has collaborated with its Industry partner Genpact which is a prominent player in Analytics and ITES sector.The steps have been taken in wake of the rapidly growing demand for the analytics solutions across the various verticals and segments. The Course elective would be introduced in the two years Post Graduate Management Programme.

The academics course has been designed by the Institute itself and for the real time experience of the Industry experts from Genpect would be giving their continuous inputs. The course aims to provide both theoretical and practical experience in analytics as applied in different industries. Other than the classroom teaching Industry internship has also been devised for the analytics students to increase the working knowledge and required skills to survive in the ultra-competitive industry.

The terms of this MoU is for five years and the participating candidates will be eligible for employment in Genpact upon completion of their course. The company would also be giving training to the faculty of the institute according to the agreement. This is also a great step for the faculty development programme. The memorandum of understanding has been developed keeping in mind the mutual need and requirements and provides Win-Win Situation.
