Summer programme on ‘Advanced Business Research & Analytics’@MICA
Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) has announced a summer programme on advance business research and analytics for faculty and research scholars in the area of management and social sciences. The two-week programme will begin on 8th June 2012 at MICA campus in Ahmedabad. The two-week, intensive programme, conducted by Dr. Rasanand Panda and Dr. Rohit Trivedi, will cover introduction to research and problem formulation, research process and research design, sampling theory, hypothesis formulation and testing techniques, non-parametric and parametric test, multivariate analysis, data mining and business intelligence, use of SPSS and AMO in data analysis. Dr Panda is a professor of General Management area with a rich experience of about 20 years in academia and industry. He specializes in Economic and Business Policy Analysis, Information Economics and Behavioural Economics, Quantitative Research (Time Series Modeling), Brand Valuation (Quantitative Approach).
Dr Rohit Trivedi is Assistant Professor at MICA. He carries 8 years of experience and specializes in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Research Methodology. The high-impact programme will cover both qualitative and quantitative research and will prepare participants to confidently handle advanced management research as well as research-based consulting projects.The two-week intensive programme will begin on June 8, 2012 at MICA campus in Ahmedabad. The total fee for the summer programme is Rs 10,000.
